Accommodation

IIMA has limited accommodation on campus. The rates are Rs. 2,800 per day for single occupancy and Rs. 2,000 per person per day for double occupancy. Due to limited availability, it will be reserved on the First-Come-First-Served basis and only to those who have pre-registered for the conference. Any reservation made without conference pre-registration will be cancelled.

We are also negotiating rates with local hotels. This page will be updated as and when we have additional information available.

 

Conference registration fee does not include accommodation.

 

The airport is about 15 kms. from the campus. Taxis are available just outside the departure terminal. The fare is approximately Rs.400.The travel time is between 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic from airport to IIMA campus.

 

The railway station is about 9 kms. from IIMA campus which is the venue for conference. Taxis and autorikshaws are available.
