Abstract Submission 

Paper Submission

Regular Presentation: ​In this case, a presentation schedule will be prepared. Individuals need to attend the conference at IIT Roorkee and present their papers in their specific slots. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin, and authors who register will be provided with the conference proceedings in electronic media along with the conference bulletin.

Presentation through Video Conference: In this case, a presentation schedule will be prepared. Individuals need to set up a video conference at their convenient location and present their papers in their specific slots. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin, and authors who register will be sent the conference proceedings in electronic media along with the conference bulletin. These papers will be presented within one week after the offline conference.

In-absentia presentation: ​​​Papers presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference proceedings. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin, and authors who register in absentia will be sent the conference proceedings in electronic media and the conference bulletin. These papers will not be scheduled for presentation.

The full paper, if submitted, willbe included in the proceedings.

Steps for Contribution

Abstract Submission:  A brief abstract (not exceeding 100 words) should be submitted online by October 31, 2026. The abstract should ideally be submitted by the author who intends to make the presentation at the conference. By submitting an abstract, the author makes a good-faith commitment to present his/her paper at the conference. The abstract should clearly indicate the contribution made by the paper to the existing body of knowledge. Click on Abstract Submission to submit your abstract. If you encounter any problems submitting your abstract using this system, please download the template, enter the required data, and email it to aims24@aims-international.org.

Abstract Acceptance:  Notification of acceptance will be sent within two weeks of receipt of the abstract. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Abstracts written in poor style, with grammatical problems, longer than 100 words, or that do not clearly indicate the contribution made to the body of knowledge cannot be accepted.

Late Abstract Submission:  Abstracts submitted after October 31, 2026, can be considered only if submitted along with registration.

Registration: One of the authors must pre-register for the conference by November 30, 2026, to ensure inclusion of the paper in the conference program. Without pre-registration, papers cannot be included in the conference program. This is done to minimize no-shows at the conference. Click on Registration for details.
