The Association of Indian Management Scholars (AIMS) International was established to unify Indian management scholars to foster excellence in education and research, to advance knowledge, and to support practices in all business and related disciplines. It organizes professional conferences and publishes its flagship journal- AIMS International Journal of Management. It has also embarked upon many professional activities such as doctoral student paper competitions, faculty development programmes, etc.
