Paper Contribution

 

Presentation type:

 

  • Regular presentation: In this case author needs to come to conference venue (IBA, Bangalore) and present his/her paper.

  • In-absentia presentation: Those who cannot come to Bangalore, can submit paper for presentation In-absentia. Papers presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference proceedings. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers in absentia will be sent the conference CD and the conference bulletin.

  • Presentation through Video Conference: In this case, presentation schedule will be prepared, individuals need to setup for Video Conference at their convenient location and finally present their papers in specific slot. A panel will be invited for review along with other participants. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers will be sent the conference CD and the conference bulletin.

 

Steps for Paper Participation:

  • Abstract Submission: A brief abstract (not exceeding 100 words) should be submitted online by October 31, 2015. The abstract should ideally be submitted by the author who intends to make presentation at the conference. By submitting an abstract, the author makes a good faith commitment to present his/her paper at the conference. The abstract should clearly indicate the contribution made by the paper to the existing body of knowledge. Click on Abstract Submission to submit your abstract.   • Abstract Acceptance: Notification of accepted papers will be sent within two weeks of receipt of the abstract. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Abstracts written in poor style, with grammatical problems, longer than 100 words, or that do not clearly indicate the contribution made to the body of knowledge cannot be accepted.

  • Late Abstract Submission: Abstract after October 31, 2015 can be considered only if submitted with registration.

  • Registration: One of the authors must pre-register for the conference by October 31, 2015 to ensure inclusion of the paper in the conference program. Without pre-registration, papers cannot be included in the conference program. This is done to minimize no-shows at the conference. Click on Registration for details.

  • Full Paper Submission for the publication: Papers adhering to prescribed requirements will be eligible for publication. Click on Publication for details.
