Those who cannot come to Ghaziabad but wish to present a paper can do so by making a digital presentation. Please submit abstract by October 31, 2013.

The contributing authors are required to mail a DVD of their presentation by November 30, 2013. The length of presentation should be within 20 minutes.

Papers accepted for digital presentation are eligible to be included in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will have an ISBN. Abstracts of papers will be printed in the program bulletin and the author who registers will be sent the conference CD and the conference bulletin by February 28, 2014.

After the conference, a Call for Papers will be sent to all contributors soliciting their papers for publication in a printed book form and will bear an ISBN. The papers will be selected on the basis of originality and significance of research contribution.
