BMAS Engineering College as one
of the flagship institutions of Sharda Group of Institutions
came into existence in the year 1999. The College provides for a
truly diversified mix of professional discipline and unwavering
commitment to quality education and its ability to translate
dreams into reality.
The College has been offering B.Tech degree in 7 streams of
engineering and MBA (2 year full time) with specialization in
areas such as Marketing, Finance and HRM. All programmes are
affiliated to UP Technical University and recognized by AICTE.
Besides the value-based education, regular personality
development programmes are conducted for the grooming of youth.
The faculty development Institute of Sharda Group of
Institutions (SGI) is located within the college campus where
faculty of different colleges is provided intensive training &
development. BMAS Engineering College has been able to achieve
excellence in Professional education with the right mix of
extra-curricular, co-curricular activities. Majority of our
faculty and students have enjoyed the thrill of para-sailing and
white water rafting. Teaching is based on self-learning which
involves the case studies, management games and team-building
exercises. In the year 2009, the college organized HR symposium
in which industry stalwarts, top-level industry practitioners
and academicians were called for deliberations. This year the
college in collaboration with NHRDN, Agra chapter organized
National level conference which witnessed participation from
different fraternity of academia & industry. Regular guest
lectures are being conducted by the professionals from India &
abroad.
The “IBM Centre of excellence” had been opened up in the college
premises to offer industry oriented courses to engineering and
management students. This is the first of this kind in entire
Uttar Pradesh. All the courses are being taught by highly
learned and qualified faculty members. Our students have been
received very well by the industry. The college has a well
established training & placement cell and our alumni are placed
in top-notch Indian & multi-national companies in India and
abroad.
